Sorry I dont know how songs are selected for nomination in awards and what is the criteria.There are learned members of the Jury who are the best in the field of music select it.

I wish to cogratulat Raja for winning but at the same time I don't know why Amit Paul is ingnored for his beautiful rendition. I believe Amit 's voice quality is superb and wish they would take notice of this singer's amazing voice!!
