zindagi ka safar - part 26

Begins with all the guests leaving.
Vikram, Mohini, Akshat, Shalu, Abhinav, Suman, Rajeev and Kash go off to their
rooms.
Anjali and Aryan also leave.
The only ones left are Anurag, Shweta, Gauri and Karan.
Gauri tells Anurag that he has no right to insult her husband.
Anurag, replies back that Karan had no right to insult Shweta, especially since
this is their home.
Gauri is furious at Anurags response and tells him that she breaks their
friendship as she wants nothing to do with someone who can't respect her or
her husband.
Anurag: Good, you said yourself, coz you also have little respect for me or
my wife. He then walks off towards his room and Gauri heads off outside.
Shweta gets really angry and slaps Karan.
She tells him that he must be extremely to have Anurag and Gauri's friendship
break. She further adds that he wouldn't understand the true meaning of any
relationship since he couldn't maintain a friendship with her (Shweta) and
caused another good friendship to break.
Karan retorts that he is glad its all finished and that he'll definitely
give a reply to her slap.
Karan finally leaves saying Gauri is waiting for him.

Shweta goes to her room and finds Anurag standing on the balcony.
She goes to him and asks him if hes ok.
He tells her hes fine and not to worry his relation with Gauri had pretty
much finished the day they reached india.

Shweta notices his hand is swelling up and there are small bruises on his
knuckles. She gets worried and rushes to the bathroom and takes out the
medicines and bandage.
She applies anti-septic cream to his hand and then bandages it.
Anurag tells her that all wasn't necessary but Shweta insists it was.
She tells him that along with being his wife he can consider her to be his
best friend, she may not be able to replace Gauri but will try and not let
him feel the void.
Anurag: You are my best friend and if anyone replaced anyone, then it was
Gauri who filled your place temporarily. Since your return in my life, i've
not needed her.
Shweta is absolutely touched by Anurags words and she has tears in her eyes.
They begin to roll out of her eyes and Anurag wipes them away saying he
never wants to see tears in her eyes.
Shweta places her hands on Anurags cheeks and he kisses the palms of her
hands.
They both hug and go inside since its getting cold.

Another two months go by.
Shalu and Kash are been rushed to the hospital and they are due any moment.
Everyone is eagerly awaiting in the corrider at the hospital.
Anjali comes with Aryan and is feeling very impatient.
A few minutes later, the docter comes out and tells everyone that all four
babies are perfectly healthy and they can go and see Shalu, Kash & the
babies.
Everyone is shell shocked and go inside to see Shalu and Kash.

Everyone is pleased to see the babies.
Shweta and Anjali look at the babies and make the announcement that they have decided the names for the babies.
Anjali: Rajeev bhai and Kash bhabi's will be Priya and Naina since they've
had identical twin girls.
Shweta: Akshat bhai and Shalu bhabi's are going to be Rahul and Isha since they've had non-identical twins.
Everyone is happy with the names.

Shalu and Kash return home with their babies and keep them in the separate nursery rooms kept for them (Priya and Naina in one room, and Rahul and Isha in another room).
