@ akanna - true, there may be other kids out there who can do b-boying as good as saajan does. But you can't disagree that the kid is one among the best in his trade.
There's this one group from Nariman-bombay, i forgot their name, they have this similar hip-hop, krump, b-boying kinda dances they perform for entertainment. you can find their videos on you-tube. they are pretty decent. High-energy packed performances. i'll post some videos if i find them.
Also, i love Prabhudeva. one of the pioneers in Indian hip-hop, break dance, lnp, etc. Also, his brother raju sundaram is a fantastic dancer himself. i think Prabhu deva deserves more appreciation for his dancing than he's ever gotten. i should say he's the best in his trade.
Lachu, I will check those videos out... Yes, Saajan would be definitely one of the best in the nation in b-boying, I dont disagree with that.. But b-boying is quite limited, and doesnt have variations like contemporary, classical, folk, break, etc... So if Saajan is going to do b-boying every week after he gets in top 12, people will be bored to death with the same few moves!!
Yes, Prabhu is a wonderful dancer! I know Raju Sundaram too - he is not only known as Prabhu's brother but an excellent choreographer too in the South... Both Raju and Prabhu have worked for some mallu movies too... It's true though that Prabhu didnt get the proper recognition he truly deserves... I think it's because of his personal life being brought to the media focus constantly for no reason!! These people are also humans and have feelings and problems like anyone else...
