This is a Premeer & Meet siggy contest. Both will have different categories but same rules. So if you plan on making both Premeer & Meet, make them separate and not together. Voting for each will be done separately.

Rules:

Siggys should be non-animated. Animated wont be accepted.

You can use any pictures of Cat A: Premeer/Harshiti and Cat B: Meet

Your siggys SHOULD contain a quote/text/words/phrases that refers to love and that matches the pics you choose/matches the couples (Premeer or Meet) you choose.

Siggys size MUST be 300x500. (No taller than 300 pixels and no wider than 500 pixels).

You can submit a maximum of three (3) siggys for each category. If you submit more than 3, then only 3 will be picked for the voting.

You can only submit a siggy you personally made. If you're found to have stolen someone else's work or asked someone else to make on your behalf, you will be disqualified.

Do not write your name/copyright on the siggy. You can write them once the contest voting has ended.

Do not advertise your siggy through PMs. If caught advertising, you will be automatically disqualified.

Since the theme is 'Valentines', make sure your siggy also reflects to the theme. You can use colors such as red, pink, purple or anything you like as long as it shows the theme.

Submit/PM your entries to KDMHMD_Entries with the subject 'Vday siggy contest' and please do not post them here.

Last day of submission will be on February 28, 2010. You can submit them on or before 25th Feb.

Blindfolded, Heer let Prem lead her, not knowing where they were going.

"How much further Prem?"

"Hold on we're almost there" he replied.

Heer began to grow impatient, wanting to know what Prem had in mind. While wondering, she suddenly bumped into Prem and realized that they were there. Heer slowly took off the blindfold and saw a table set up under the moonlight.

Prem smiled at the surprised look on Heer's face and guided her to the table. They ate in silence, as words were not needed. They let their eyes do the talking for them.

As soon as they finished eating, Heer opened her mouth to say something when suddenly it started to rain. Before she could go and take shelter, she felt Prem grab her hand and pull her close. Prem nodded to someone and suddenly there was music.

As they danced, Prem leaned in and whispered in Heer's ear, "Will you be my Valentine?"

Heer nodded as they danced the night away.

Meher walked in the mustard fields in a white salwaar kameez, looking for Preet.

"Where is he? And why did he tell me to meet him here and wear white" Meher said aloud while she walked around, looking to and fro for Preet. As she walked farther one, she heard someone playing Tujhe Dekha from DDLJ on the mandolin. Curious to see who it was, she walked deeper into the field and saw someone slowly turn to face her.

"Preet, what's all this?" she asked

"You're the one who said you loved DDLJ and wanted something like this. " Meher smiled, surprised that he had remembered. "So Ms.Meher Maan, I was wondering will you marry me?" saying this he spread out his arms.

Without saying anything, she ran into his arms and Preet knew he got his answer.

Both seem romantic don't they? So you guys up for a challenge? Let's see who can write a better scene then this. Here's the catch. For Prem-Heer, the scene must include the moon (it's like their thing😆) and for Meet, Preet proposing to Meher, since we didn't get to see that in the show. Simple no? Think you're up for it?

Rules:

Your scene cannot exceed500 words.We suggest that you put your writing in Microsoft Word and do a word count, just to make sure.

You MUST include Prem Heer or Meher Preet in the scene. You may include extra characters if you wish.

There needs to be a conversation between Premeer/Meet.

You can describe your scene using pictures, songs, siggies or any other type of aide, anything that is not the actual words of your scene that you haven't written will not be counted towards the word count.

The scene needs to be ORIGINAL, no copying (from the show or from anyone else)! You may take an idea and build on it from there. Try to keep at as original as possible.

Yes, you are allowed to include members from I-F in your scene, provided you have their permission.

Each person can send a maximum of 5 entries.

The last day to send your entries is March 5, 2010. You can submit them on or before 5th March.

PM all entries to KDMHMD_Entries with the subject as 'Vday Scene Contest' as well as the couple you're entering for as they are two separate contests.
