Karan Singh Grover who had vanished from Dil Mil Gaye is set to return to the show. The track is currently focusing on a possible marriage track of Dr. Riddhimma and Dr. Siddhant. Fans can rejoice that their favourite Dr. Armaan will be back. However, this time it will only be a cameo as his role is not permanent. The shooting of the return of Dr. Armaan starts from February 14th and he will soon make his appearance in the show for a few episodes.😭😭😭
