They basically show that ridhimma is in a state of hypothermia.. extreme case and that sid is trying to do everything to wake her up and get her pulse and body temperature up to normal.. but nothing fails and he removes his shirt, is very near to having a lip lock with her (one sided though hehe) and then he kind of slips under the blanket with her..

The man who was reporting all this was like ki kahin sid se bhool na ho jaayein.

Then when jenny and karan were asked about it jenny was like that since she is searching for armaan like mad, crying etc so she has lost all her energy and thus falls prey to hypothermia.. she also goes on too add that ridhimma need not explain anything to armaan cause she has done nothing wrong and that she was unconscious. And she jokes that if armaan comes back then she wil just open her eyes.

Karan on the hand was like that ridz has fallen ill, so dr sid who has zero interest in medicine will cure her, so people can imagine what will be here state. He also teases jenny saying.. abhi uthke tum jo karne waali ho so? (which kinda indicated that she will throw a fit) and he end on the note that if armaan gets to know then he will apologise to him.. coz armaans doolle's are too big LOl. He also told her that for her to remain happy, she should just forget about armaan. (I would say for her to be happy get back armaan !! )
