And the AR story cannot be turned into a hddcs type story because the situation was different and the reasons for her staying was different, she was married. That played a major part in her decision to stay in the movie.
Armaan is neither dead nor is she married or in love with any other person. She is insanely in love with Armaan as we keep seeing over and over....
The question of moving on arises if armaan was dead or if he had broken her heart and left her given her dhoka in like she previously believed or if she had any feelings for anyone else. She is insanely searching for him, knows he didn't leave her and knows he loves her more then anything. So i don't see any other possibilites arising at least in a logical way.
