'Baabee' is an affectionate word for a female in Marathi, like 'baabyaa' is for a male. Nakusha's mother seems to have that either as her name or nickname, because even people like her employers who have no affection for her call her 'Baabi'.

Her name seems to be Babi because since the show started her neighbors and everybody in the show has either called her aaye or Babi so Babi has to be her name.
