God has to teach Manav a lesson , oneway or another . Archana has given up , baba has given up but God should not give up . He gave Manav such a wonderful and beautiful wife . Ok she made mistakes but she also did so much for him and when she wanted to come back and make her marriage work , manav stopped her from doing so . Manav has insulted and ruined a beautiful rishta and has made God angry by siding with the wrong people .

he is not mahaan , he is wrong and unfair .

If Archana looses her memeory then it will be so sad , I hope that doesn't hppen , that would bethe end of her studies and her job . That would be terrible .

And why should Manav care , he can then very easily move on with Shravani , but I guess he will feel gulity somewhere .

Precisely the reason why Manav will feel the need to be with her and support her. He truly loves her and though he had decided to separate ways owing to circumstances, he can never leave Archana in the lurch and disabled in this way. He had made Archana hate him so that she could move on in life without him, but now if he doesn't support her, she will never be able to move on in life at all.
