Well as many of you might not be knowing me...
I am Zoya...
Just wrote an one-shot on Armaan Bharti so thought of sharing it with all the Mayur fans....
Here it goes...
Once Upon a Time in the Rain
He still remembers his mom persuaded him to see a girl and after a lot of discussions Mayank agreed to atleast give it a try but with one condition that he will go alone and if he likes her then they can go and settle everything with her parents and told them that He will meet her in the green valley park
With a strong mind to say no he made his way towards the park and it started to rain which reminded him of the girl of his dreams, the girl he loved the most
Mayank's POV
The girl which is in ma heart since the day I met her
I can never forgot that day I clearly remember how much I used to hate rains but that one day changed ma whole life
I was going to confess ma feeling to ma love of the life and called her to meet me at the basket-ball court of the college
Basket-ball - the sport I was least interested in but her making way into ma life changed me completely and brought out a different person from me
I reached the court and saw her playing basket-ball
She was wearing a red top and a white long skirt with her hair tied making a high pony-tail looking beautiful as ever
I was lost in her and came back into ma sences when that stupid ball hit me
I was very poised off but all ma anger vanished when I saw her laughing loudly
Oh God how much I love her laugh
Whenever she laughs her whole face starts to glow and I loved it
The shine which makes it way to her eyes always makes me loose maself in her deep eyes
I came back to the world and saw her approaching me with a sweet smile on her face
She came to me and stopped in front of me
Nupur:Tou mujhe yahan kyun bulaaya??
Mayank:Woh mujhe tumse kuh kehna hai
Nupur:Acha'. Kya??
Mayank:Mujhe kehna hai ke ke ke'
Nupur:Kya ke ke ke laga rakha hai ke ke ke aage bhi kuch bolo
Mayank:Nupur I I
Nupur turned to go
Mayank seeing her go said loudly
Mayank:Nupur I Love You
She stopped in her tracks
Mayank: I Love You Nupur
She turned and looked at him in dis-belief
Mayank:Mujhe nahin pata ke tum mere baare mein kya sochti ho lekin Nupur maine tumhe jab se dekha hai since that day I have become completely mad about you
Mayank stopped speaking waiting for her to reply but she kept mum
Seeing her lost Nupur said
Mayank:Nupur say something
But she did not uttered a word
Mayank turned back to leave when he heard a really low voice
Mupur:I Love You Too Stupid
He turned around and saw her
She was standing at the same place looking at him with slight tears in her eyes
Both of them just stared each other for a while
Then Mayank opened his arms and she came running to him and hugged him tight
Both shared a passionate hug they broke the hug
Mayank held her face and cleared the tears that were on her cheeks
Just then the thunder strikes and it started to rain
Mayank being the biggest rain-hater made his way towards the shelter
He saw that Nupur was not with her
He looked in the court and saw her standing in the middle of the court closing her eyes with her arms spread feeling the rain
She opened her eyes and saw that Mayank was no longer with her
She looked here and there and saw him standing in the shelter looking at her as if she had done a crime
She approached him and reached the shelter
Mayank was about to say something but she held his arm and took him out in the rain
Mayank:Mupur kya kar rahi ho bemaar hone ka iraada hai kya??
Nupur:Kya yaar Mayank tum kitne boring ho Just spread your arms and feel every drop of the rain it feels so great
Mayank:Haan Shahrukh ne rab ne bana di Jodi mein yeh keh diya aur tumne maan liya
Nupur:Dekho Mayank Shahrukh ke bare mein kuch bhi bola na tou I will kll you aur waise bhi mujhe rains bachpan se hi pasand hain ye alag baat hai ke Rab ne dekhne ke baad aur zyaada pasand aa gayi hain Kheir choro yeh sab aur jo main keh rahi hoon wo karo
Mayank:Okay
He opened his arms and felt the rain
For the first time he did not hate to get drenched but he fell in love with the rain
He cursed hiself for not giving himself a chance of enjoying such a beautiful weather
He was standing closing his eyes whe he felt someone throwing water on him
He opened his eyes and saw that Nupur was filling her hand and throwing that water on him
She saw Mayank and started to run but he caught her in no time and held her hand
Nupur thought that this time she is in trouble but she was surprised when Mayank started humming a song

Mayank held her from her waist and started to dance

He then lifts her and she opens her arms feeling him and the rain

She frees herself from his grip and runs

She stops and turns around to see him approaching her

He reaches her and signals toward the sky

He bends and sits on his knees and kisses her hand

He stands up and goes to her back and hold her from her waist sending chills down her spines

He turns her towards him with a jerk making her wet hai touch his face driving him crazy

Khete khete phir zara lajja ke dekho chup reh rahi hai
He hold her hand and start to play with them but she takes them back and turns such that her back is facing him
Bath hai toh wahi, dil mein tehre kahin

He goes and stands infront of he takes her hans in his hands and kiss them

Both the held each other arm and make their way inside the shelter as they were feeling cold

Mayank looks at her while she was opening her hair to dry them

He was about to kiss her but seeing her uncomfortable makes his way towards her forehead and plant s kiss there

Nupur opens her closed eyes and looks at him with love and respect

Mayank breaks the hug and both remain standing with Nupur lying on his shoulder

Both make their way towards the gate of their basket-ball court
Mayank chains of thought were broken as he heard someone calling him
He looks at the source and heard what his driver was saying
Driver:Sir park aa gaya
Mayank:Oh haan acha
He gets off the car and makes his way towards the entrance
He looks for her a girl in blue dress as he have called her to come wearing a blue as he refused to see her pic
His eyes stopped when he saw a girl wearing a light-blue top with blue jeans standing with her back facing him infront of the water-fall
He makes his way towards her with practicing what he had to say her
He reaches her and taps her shoulder and was abot to say something wen the girl spoke
Girl(Without turning):Dekhiye main aap se shaadi nahin kar sakti main kissi aur se pyaar karti hoon
Mayank was in complete shock he did not expected that the girl will say the same words what he was about to say
But wait a minute why the voice is so familiar DON'T TELL ME is she the one??
Mayank's mind was racing at a very high speed he then again tapped the girl's shoulder
Now the girl turned around and Mayank was shocked to see her
Girl:Dekhiye maine kaha na'''
The girl also stopped and looked at Mayank
Both together
Mayank:Nupur tum??
Nupur:Mayank tum??
Both of them look at each other in dis-belief
Mayank to confirm that it is Nupur pinched on her hand and she shouts
Nupur:Ouch!! you stupid'.. how dare you???
Mayank smiled as now he was sure that it is his Nupur
He immediately without wasting a single second hugged her
Arti:So that's how dada and yours marriage was a love cum arrange marriage
Nupur:Yeah
Just then they heard the horn of the car
Nupur:Looks like your dada is here
Both of them rush downstairs
Mayank entered the house and Arti reaches him and jumps on him
Arti:Hey stupid
Mayank:Hello why are you calling me stupid??
Arti:Why?? When mom used to call you stupid you never mind and when I called you are reacting like I have committed a crime??
Mayank looked at Nupur who was trying hard to control her laughter but then seeing him looking at her bursted out laughing
Mayank:So you told her everythiong
Nupur just nodded
Mayank just looked at her in pure shock
Arti:Dada now stop giving mom those looks lets go and have an ice-cream
The trio left the house and has a whole lot of ice-cream
Then they made their way back towards the house with Arti sleeping on the back-seat
It started to rain and both of them were surrounded by the wonderful memories connected to the rains
Both together:Oh I just love the rain
Both look at each other and pass each other a sweet smile
Mayank: I Love You Nupur
Nupur:I Love You Too ma Stupid
She keeps her head on his shoulder and both proceed towards their home enjoying the rain
