I was listening to the soundtrack of Musafir and thought that it'd fit quite well in a scene in JJKN. So if I were to direct a scene in JJKN, here's how it'll be:
Armaan has just found out that Jessica is actually Jassi. He is torn apart. He loves her so much it hurts but he can't figure out how to tell her. Jassi is a few feet away from him and has her back to him. A tear is falling from her eye. Armaan extends an arm but Jassi has just taken a step away. A song is playing in the distance...
Maahi ve, mohabbataan sachiyaane
Mangda naseeba kuch aur hai
Kismat de maare assi ki kariye
Kismat de maare o assi ki kariye
Kismat pe kis ka zor hai
Dono bebas hue hain
Kuch aise kare to kisse kare hum shikwa
Maahi ve
Maahi ve, shikaetaan sachiyaane
Mangda naseeba kuch aur hai
Maahi ve, mohabbataan sachiyaane
Mangda naseeba kuch aur hai
Dil na toote, khuda ka yeh ghar hai
Tere sajde mein mera yeh sar hai
Maut se darr nahin lagta mujhko
Sirf tumse judaai ka darr hai...
Purab is standing behind Armaan and Jassi (they don't know it). He has that deep longing in his eyes. Should he let go of his love or should he fight for it? He is lost in his search for an answer. In the distance, a different song is playing...
Zindagi mein koyi kabhi aaye na rabba
Aaye jo koyi toh phir jaaye na rabba
Dene ho gar mujhe baad mein aansoo…
Toh pehele koyi hasaaye na rabba
Jaate jaate koyi meri khushiyon ko le gaya
Suni suni akhiyon ko gham, koyi de gaya
Aas jo lagaayi hai, aankh bhar aayi hai
Itna bhi koyi, sataaye na rabba
Dil lene waale pe zor nahin chalta
Pyaar ka ye sikka, kahin aur nahin chalta
Yaad teri aayi hai, tu harjaai hai
Itna bhi koyi tadpaaye na rabba
Zindagi mein koyi kabhi aaye na rabba
Aaye jo koyi toh phir jaaye na rabba
Dene ho gar mujhe baad mein aansoo…
Toh pehele koyi hasaaye na rabba...
Sorry for such a long post but just wanted to share my idea with you guys. Hopefully you didn't hate it 😃
