Abhishek in Anurag Basu's next!

"No more fantasy films for me, at least not for now," smiled Goldie. "I'm producing a film with Abhishek in the lead and it will be directed by Anurag Basu," said the filmmaker who is all praises for Anurag's craftsmanship. "After Kites, this is one film that he is working on. He has written the script which is a combo of thriller, action and romance," said Goldie who always wanted to work with Anurag. Abhishek is game for it, but the actress opposite him has not been decided yet. Ask Goldie who is his favourite actress, and he replies, "I married my favourite one..."

His wife Sonali Bendre, who has moved from films to television after marriage, lends a helping hand to her husband who is taking his TV show on air from next month. "It's about a middle-class family that lives at Shivaji Park in Dadar. It deals with issues like space constraints, financial crunch, etc," said Goldie. But now, it's Abhishek's movie that's on the young filmmaker's mind. "Abhishek is a very good actor and like any artist, his career too has its ups and downs. But I know that he'll fit into Anurag's film perfectly," said Goldie, who has a busy year ahead.

I am surprised that none explained about what happened to the Basu film where Ranbir plays a deaf & mute character and Asin was supposed to be one of the heroines?

It is mentioned in the film fare "report card" too...
