Hi, I am a newcomer in the DMG forum. Actually this is my first post in this forum! I do not stay in India and don't get Star One channel where I live. The first time I saw Karan Grover Singh was in Jhalak Dikhla Ja.
Frankly speaking I was not much impressed by his dance or his looks. And subsequently there was so much news about his divorce and all. It did not leave a positive impression.
Few days back just out of curiosity I watched few episodes of DMG in youtube. They were the initial episodes. And Oh Boy, I was zapped! I fell for him hook, line and sinker! This guy is an AMAZING actor! My initial negative bias was blown away! The way various emotions flits through his face, the way he, from a comic mood goes to romantic mood and then to angry mood is something to be experienced.
The character Armaan is incredibly lovable and complex in the story, but to pull though that kind of characterization one needs an actor par excellence to do proper justice to the role. And KSG fits the role of Arman to the 'T'.
I sincerely wish that he comes back to the world of serials/films as acting is his forte. He should do what he excels in. Wish him all the very best.
