I think the same...Her mom is bck in mumbai and she might ve got a new house with her promotion.

If not that then I gues they will stay with samrat......

Time being they will stay with samrat.He also tellin in precap he says to gunjan ab mayank and nupur ka bare me sochna chahiye.

his mom is reaching mumbai and she will definately have all the things set (but for few days they may stay with Sammy)

His mom is shifting back to Mumbai but it ll take some time i guees so maybe for a few day they ll stay at Sams place. but wasnt that a house Mayu got for Nups in Dil kya kare sequence.
