Sorry, coming to the discussion a day late but just had to say:
Ridz's problem is her somewhat one track obsessed mind. She sees a threat in everything, everyone, every innocent brush, every innocuous glance and every man.
But like Poco and many of you say, it's no small matter to ruin someone else like this. Rape is a serious charge. Screaming rape when it has NOT happened, bandying words like MOLEST around simply because you can and because you will be believed is despicable.
Sid has been pushed to the wall. He has been accused on a charge so shocking, so insulting to an honorable, decent man. He is hot headed and he must have thought that since he has been accused anyway, he may as well be guilty of some of it. Not a very sensible decision but he has my sympathy.
As for Ridz, well, she's pretty ghastly right now. And going by all these reports I read of her long history of her smallmindedness... well, no surprise then.
Anyway the whole track leaves a nasty taste.🤢
