I think 1st archu thought shravni was pregnant becoz of manav & then realised it was sachin!

Actually, Manav told her in a completely straightforward manner that Shravani is pregnant with Sachin's child, he didn't leave any room for confusion. As soon as Archana asked him why he was marrying Shravani he immediately said that it was because of Sachin's child.
