Unlike the rest of the show were the misunderstanding between a couple takes months to reconcile, it is refreshing to see the quick patch up between Simi and Abhi right from the start.
Starting with the first slap from Simi, his attitude was never mind. I'll help you.
Both fight at Qutb Minar for Simi not discussing the RB issue at home, quickly they patch up saying sorry to each other and she is shown eating the chocolate he offered her.
For the stalling of her wedding, she fights with him saying dont interfere. With wedding cancelled, they patch up next day morning on the street.
Immediately, she fights with him again when she knows Abhi planned Anita running away from her home. Same day they patch up at her college and they have fun bunking class.
Both part ways at the park when she asks him"You dont love me right??". She still fights with him when he comes home with the AA wedding gift saying one more family has rejected me. Same night they patch up when he tells her he has decided what needs to be done and not to worry about RB's threats.
They are shown parting ways again after he fails to disclose his love for her at AA wedding. They decide lets not meet each other anymore and same night its a new start for both of them with love confessed.
Abhi irritates her at the park about interest in Nakul, she looking like Anuj's mom and her age. Same night he says sorry and gives her the bell in the kitchen.
Simi is annoyed with him for planning the mirch in halwa, still they patch up on the terrace when she brings his dinner.
Simi irritates Abhi at the park saying you dont have a job, probably not even a house to prevent him from seeking her hand. At least i expected the anger to continue, but next day he meets her with the proposal ring.
Both of them fight again after she insults him at home to prevent him from seeking her hand. He even writes out a letter to her saying all has ended...Bye. There is slight continuation of anger when he comes for the store opening but still helps her steady her fall though sarcastic comments are exchanged.
Both of them are mad at each other in her college for what has passed between them. In spite of Simi ignoring him, he can still smile at troubling her by switching the fan on. Still they go the extent of screaming at each other after the electocution attempt. Very soon patching up is done in classroom and then followed by the park scene yesterday.
Hope tthey continue to keep it this way. A storm is brewing up with introduction of a girl friend issue. Hope there is no misunderstanding between Abhi Simi that may last longer this time.

Patching up early is always better. Ego hassles ruin all beautiful relationships. Especially if it is male ego. When you are in love, who initiates patch up is not important. Probably Abhi likes her quality of putting family first. He is just concerned she is not hurt in the process. Simi talks to him at college, it's him who continues sarcasm. She tells Mili only Abhi understands me well. Even Abhi tells her'Mujhse behtar tumhe koi aur nahi samajhta. He feels belittled by her selflessness, if not he wont mention in the letter'apni nazaron mein mujhe chota bana diya cos he would never be able to do what Simi did.

It's better to have a beautiful relationship where fights are healthy but without ego hassles about who's right or wrong and ruin your happiness in the process. The usual older male- younger woman marriage involves men having a higher end in decision making and the wife accepts the husband's decision be it right or wrong.Probably men foregoing their ego'here in the character as Abhi's may be worth considering.

Just a thought process. I may be wrong. It's a way of finding a reasoning why Abhi likes her in spite of Simi being this way. But the question as to what he finds in her that he fell for her, he had sort of mentioned at their first park meeting'..kisne kaha tum moti aur baddhi ho? Kisne kaha tum khoobsoorat nahi dikhti?'kaafi attractive ho, smart ho, mujhe pasand ho.

Your comments please??

Yes in a couple of there top and bottom there are misunderstandings, but said that when it is they who seek it I agree but it is the misunderstanding created by someone close to them so I think if there were no cheap shots Anita I think that Simi and Abhi will have had a modicum people who are real danger for them if Simi couple decides to open his eyes and let it do is Anita and Manjuji Arnuj for me is just a puppet he did what Anita said nothing more

It's kind of contradictory if what you like about a person is the very behavior that results in you getting kicked around and treated as second best. It's also this behavior of putting your family first that makes no sense when they don't deserve it. It's not enough upon which to build love or a relationship. It's rather a poor and weak reason as to why a person would ever fall in love with someone else.
When two people are in love, it still does matter who make the first step towards apologizing. In this case it should have been Simi and she did diddly sqat (nothing) and actually had an attitude towards Abhi when he confronted her for her actions. When a person does something wrong, that person should apologize.
I am not sure I find anything healthy or normal in the relationship between Abhi and Simi. It was very rushed, had little rationale and has always been one sided (Abhi doing all and Simi sitting back mooching/sucking him dry). I don't see Abhi forgoing his ego, I see him being treated like dirt and losing his self-worth. That's not appealing in any guy. Abhi is not acting like a jerk towards her at all (except the one incident several weeks ago at Children's Park).
Simi is "smart?" about what? I have seen nothing smart about her. The whole "rushed" romance had no reason. What did Abhi see that was so smart about her? Also Abhi seeing her as beautiful? The only time was the wedding to RB where she looked different. For a bulk of the show she's dressed in frumpy suits and worn a braid. I would have thought we'd see her makeover and him realizing that she was really pretty.
Simi has no personality, no sense of humor, no wittiness etc. She is very dull boring and dry. Right now on Sony is a show - Mahi Way - the girl is fat (Simi looks thin compared to her), lacks self-worth, but when you listen to her talk, she has some of the wittiest lines and an amazing personality; I would fall for her over Simi because she at least tries to do her best.
Let me add, we have seen very little in the development of the relaitonship between Abhi and Simi. All we get is two minutes with them together, a song for aother two mintues along with some staring. Abhi going on about how much he loves her and Simi calling him a bachcha. Then we see Simi with Nukul, needing to sacrifice, giving Abhi a swift kick in the family jewels (slang for something else we won't mention) and then making him apologize for it.
Frankly speaking, I think Simi's a complete bitch, high maintenance and if she was even a friend, I wouldn't want to know her because she's always going to be about her need to make her family happy.

Totally disagree to that.
Yes, he feels belittled, but not bcos of her selflessness, but bcos of the way she talks condescendingly about him.
And 'apni nazaron mein mujhe chota bana diya' is not bcos he cannot do what Simi did, it is bcos he never wanted to lie and he truely loves her and today bcos of Simi he had a lie about his love , call it "false"(basically "hide" it, and Simi is talking abt how things would be after her marriage to Nakul, and hiding love according to him, looks as if they are doing something wrong by loving each other), that is the reason why he falls, he feels 'smaller'.

I cannot accept the generic stmt that you are telling also about older men having upper hand in a relationship.
and for Godssake Abhi was not being egoistic. He had all the right to get pissed at her for the way she treated him.

Anyone would tell that to bring up the spirits of a women who is having inferiority complex bcos of her looks. That cannot be taken as an 'I Love You'!
Women who are fat or even average size, do feel all the time that they are "fat" and they just want to hear from the opposite person that its ok?! Just bcos someone tells what they want to hear, doesn't mean they are in love with you.

I wanted her to just explain why she did that and why she spoke soo rudely abt him getting a jib and critisizing him !! Three people were laughing whole heartedly and one of them being the love of your life you looked like a foll so give some explanation abt it..

Has she sat down and given a thought that Abhi is doing soo much for me can I not make him feel that he is special for me !!! Either parties do not expect you to do something when you are in love one has to show some gratitude and compassion abt it.. Here it is soo one sided.

I wanted Anhi to tell her that when he first time he said she was kafi attractive I knew he was blinded by her sacrificial way 😆 .. He could ask her to come with him take her to some beauty parlour and do some make over make her young .. No wonder Anita keeps taunting her !!

Simi can be smart funny and witty IF IF IF she stops thinking abt HER FAMILY SOO MUCH 3/4th of her grey and white cells are filled with her house pblms... Then what else can we expect from her.. When she is funny and happy she looks lots younger and seems 24 -25 years and not reaching 30 years

She is soo packed up there is no room for romance and as I said her brain cells are soo diverted that even if she talks there is only mention of 12/24 in their cnversation
Bechara Abhi is actually falling in for all this 😆
