Eating during Solar eclipse

Today, we had a major solar eclipse.
A new channel showed a group of people dining during peak hours of an eclipse to prove that eating is superstitious.

I think that there is a scientific reason behind it & that elder's at home do not speak without a reason.

What do you guys think ?

Does anyone know the reason? Plz share if you do. For most ppl with fixed lunch breaks its a choice between eating on time or fasting !

I don't know either, I hear that the suns rays should not fall on the food when eating 😕

they say tht it's not good and the ill effects of the grahan stays on you fr a longer period of time 😕

Thanks Shak i got to do some intensive scientific research.😆 I doutbt there is any scientific basis only religious perhaps.

yeah so far i havent heard of anything bad happening to ppl who ate during an eclipse, in fact most of the ppl must have eaten something at that time today as it lasted between 11 am to 3 pm in vaious parts of India . But I would like to know the reason why its forbidden at that time. As someone said earlier , there cud B a reason- but what ? No one seems to B aware as yet - lets wait for a few more posts 🤔
