Heya all,

After watching today's episode, its occured to me that Riddhima is the better medical professional than Sid. Its obvious she's the senior doctor right?
But the present scenario with the relationship she is keeping with Tamana in comparison to Sid' relationship is evident of that too.
Although Sid promised to fulfil Tamana's three wishes, it became his main priority only after he found out how agitated Riddhima gets when she sees him "breaking the rules". Put simply, we can say he is partially using Tamana as a key player in his war with Riddhima.
On the other hand, Riddhima's conversation with Sid today in the hospital corridor illustrates her genuine conern. She clarifies "Insaniyat sirf aap mein nahi hai". Its a repititon of all the times she was told by her seniors not to get attached to the patient, from the death of her male patient, can't remember his name sorry, to minnie etc. its been the same! Infact, from her personal experience I'm sure she's only trying to help Sid because he may end up feeling guilty or hurt himself by getting emotionally attached to the child.
During the conversation there is not one occasion where Riddhima says anything maliciously to him with a whole "rubbing it in your face attitude" the way she did in the BB court . And she only threatens to kick him out of Sanjeevani when she realises he's reluctant to heed her advice.
It shows the difference of Riddhima's personal life, ie BB match to her work. She doesn't involve Tamana which in itself makes her the better person?! Although Sid might be giving Tamana the best of both worlds, at the end of the day Riddhima hasn't abused the patient-doctor relationship in any way. Its totally professional nothing personal!

Whaddya think?!

x

The way Ridz sees it is Sid doing everything opposite to what she says and she gets annoyed whilst Sid wants to fulfil these wishes

look! Sid is not using Tamanna against Ridz. I think that the similarity in name wid his lost love plus the fact that she is an orphan egged him on to help lil' tamy fulfill all her wishes.
Don't you remember where he struck up a deal wid the orphanage kids to convince them for vaccination??
So if Ridz comes in between his task of cheering up an unfortunate lil' girl, its not his fault! Basically, it is not unprofessionalism from Sid, its called humanity!
In all, I think that Sid's character here is the naughty school-boy types, with a heart of gold!!! (Luv you Sid!) But hey, this is just my viewpoint.

i respect ur POV and wht u r saying is right if taken in that sense.😊

I personally feel that Sid genuinely feels bad for tammy as she is just a child orphan is having a major medical complication of losing her sight!! Sid is shown always thinking with his heart, he does wht he feels is right and that's the same situation here.
Sid is paying more attention to the child's emotional needs than her medical. He wants the child to live her life to the fullest and make most of the precious time she has.
while ridhz is very mature when compared to sid and has experience. Her advice to sid is absolutely - correct doctors shd never get emotional with their patients but such is sid. I agree she is being very professional and is just doing the best she can as a doctor. She too is concerned about Tam and wants to find a cure to her sickness as soon as possible!
both r right in their own way, Sid is just being Sid and Ridhz just being herself, they both are like two sides of the same coin they can never agree with eachother!!
just my pov 😊, btw nice topic 👏
cheers

Yeah I mentioned that, I'm not comparing Sid and Ridhima as humans but as "doctors" the literal meaning of the word. And with the comments I made above I feel that Riddhima under medical terms fulfils the role better, doctors are always told not to get emotionally attached, its good to empathise but it doesnt make them bad human beings!

Additionally, I didn't say he was FULLY using TJ against Riddhima, I used the word 'partial', which is totally subjective- neither a little nor alot. Sid is a GREAT human being for taking care of a TJ cause she is adorable and the reasons you guys gave-her name is a tamana shes a child etc etc. everyone would! But again comparing them as "doctors" here rather than human beings, I think Riddhima has kept it 100% professional rather than Sid from the assumptions I've made above from what he's said/done!

Totally appreciate the comments but I thought I should clear any misunderstandings from my post!

Thanks x
