I agree bond between abhi and his parents is completely missing here.. but I read somehere abhi loves his mom so much so he is goiing to make sure both anita nad his mom accepts simi . So true both parents are so modern and sort of evil who don't seems like caring for abhi at all. It looks like abhi lives in his own world alone may be no one to help him. That is why he loves sethi family as they have accepted him as if he is their own.

Wonder how Abhi was missing all this conversation Sr. Tarneja had with RS !! I am sure he wud have interrupted Sr. Tarneja then and their when he started talking abt daughters being debt bank!!!

Abhi is a strong head if he had arrested his father in his comments move the question will be asked why he acted like that? Mr TARNEJA will not have understood the link even if Anita and Arnuj will have guessed, but it will have little to go further than that then I think that it was not during the telephone conversation is beneficial at the same time not to tell him Simi Abhi is going to do now?

Its surprising atleast they could have shown Anusha being a balanced mother who cares for her daughter but also her son
