Mad about Hindi films
"I was shooting in Dubai for almost 15 days. The people there are mad about Indian films and television shows," says the actress. "We had a bus in which we would travel to the shoot every day. You had to be there to believe how the local people would sing all the popular songs and play antakshari. In fact, most of them left me behind in my knowledge about of films."
Witches' day out
Shraddha is excited about the project, as her mom has relatives in Lahore. "I know some people there, from my mom's side. Kabhi Na Kabhi was a different experience altogether.
Their camera work, infrastructure, and control over quality were highly commendable. Even Tina (Parakh) was shooting with me on the show. She plays my sister, Sabrina. I kept calling her Sabrina, the teenage witch, and we had loads of fun."
Apart from work, there was shopping to be done. "I bought lot of stuff for Sanjit (Bedi) and his wife. I got him some lycra stuff and blazers; since his wife and I are of the same size, it was easy buying her gifts," says Shraddha.

Nigam's co-star, Tina Parakh
Interestingly, Shraddha shared her hotel with actor Emraan Hashmi. "He was staying in the same place, and would keep bumping into me. They were shooting for a film in the nights, while we would be out in the daytime. He's a really cool guy to know."
More Pak shows
Will she go back and shoot for more Pak shows? "Why not, it's great working on these projects, and is loads of fun as well. My schedule with Kabhi Na Kabhi is over, but they have approached me for something else as well."
Nigam was recently seen in Star One's Darna Mana Hai. "I was told it was the best episode of the series. Apart from the shoot, we had lots of spooky things happening on the set as well. I guess that must have come across in the show."
