i think the cvs should watch the film 3 Idiots to see how college life can be portrayed in an entertainment setting/medium. the film was not perfect and yes, it had its fair share of some over the top moments cuz at the end of the day it was not a documentary.
yet it managed to depict college life and the various problems students face...with each other, professors AND yes parents and Family too!!
issues like suicide, major/career choices and pressure from family to pursue the "ideal" majors, dealing with the suck up/class pet who equates success with what kind cars you'll own after college and what kinda house u'll live in...

seriously MJHT is an insult to the whole youth show/college show concept! the college setting had loads of potential. the downfall started when lnmdj started and i guess it just gets worse and worse as per the new articles...
very sad...

and No, this is not a suggestion for improvement...the show is not a room for improvement kinda situation anymore loll...just expressing my frustration! 😊 and watching the film made me realize...Mjht is Not a youth show 😊

all college life is not the same!!!! 3 idots focussed on 2days youth that books are nt the only source of achievement..try 2 think at higher levels...

mjht is also a part of college life but more towards the romantic side of young lovers....as the title of the show itself suggest..miley jab hum tum..when we met.. so their focus is more towards the personal aspect of these six young students..their dreams, aspirations, heart breaks, disappointments...isn't that wht happens 2 us also??? when we are in love ..we dnt have control of ourselves...there is nupur in all of us...outgng, bubbly; there is even gunjan in all of us..shy, reclusive, scared; then there is mayank isn all of us...arrogant, focussed an dof course samrat is everywhere..cool dude but one thing is common...all of tehm are hopelessly in love.and 19- 25 yrs are the prime age where we tend 2 make mistakes!!! little bit of drama is okay aftr all they are shows..dey have 2 make it intrstng..but sadly we refuse 2 like adhanni coz its injustice 2wrds our mayur n sajan.

i agree with that line, everyone's experiences are different. it can't be a one size fits all kinda thing.
don't get me wrong, the romantic side is fine. the opposites attracting kinda thing and thats a big thing in the show....and to give the CVs some credit here 😆 (will give credit where its due) they showed a good development and progression in the love stories...
but i feel there is only so much they can show regarding the romantic track in such shows especially when the couples are together. Maybe thats why they have resorted to a marriage track now.

@bold agree, but there was the romantic plot of Kareena and Aamir
