Even if we don't have a religion, the religion will be invented as religion is a way of life, a set of beliefs formed over time.

There is no Religion and there is no God...then we can find godless religion, humans are absolutely free from different law and belief...and people dont worry about heaven and hell other blah blah...😊

Humans respect and honour grandeur so there will always be some sort of worship eg worship of the sun, fire, earth, ancestors etc. We see this occuring even before the introduction of "modern" day religions.

Yes because humans observe, think, analyse and investigate religion will never die.

Even without religion, extremists will continue to exist. What about race, nationality, caste, class etc?

I wish there was no religion. That would certainly be a better world because that would prevent the formation of extremist terrorist groups, like Al-Qaida, that would reduce violence and make the world a better place.

It is said that the real foe is our own negative emotions and whether there is a religion or not the problem will always be there. But it is true too that the over-zealous preachers love to "hawk" and "promote" their religion and often resort to violence.😆In such cases religion should be banned.😉

Completely agree with you and that's why I said it would make the world a better place and not a perfect place. Conflicts will come up no matter what. If there was no religion, then there'd be conflicts about race, sex, caste, economical status etc.. It's also m belief that if there was no religion, people would progress even better and there'd be greater minds in work, that would in turn, lead to more discoveries. For example, if there was no religion, all the priests, rishi-munis etc.. would work as something else, maybe as a mechanical enginneer or something and help mankind.

If there is no religion there will be politics to occupy the priests. Certain priests, "holy" man and politicians often have the same mentality, to dominate, control and extract.😆
But there are a few who truly want to discover themselves and they do it quietly in silence. They have to be given due respect.
