Sakshi Tanwar and Anoop to host Crime Patrol...

• A fresh new series of Crime Patrol is back on Sony, and will be hosted by Sakshi Tanwar and Anoop Soni....

  
  After the launch of a whole new series of Aahat, Sony is back with a fresh season of Crime Patrol. And making a comeback to television thro' Crime Patrol will be Sakshi Tanwar, popularly called Parvati of Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki.
  
  She will be seen as host along with Balika Vadhu fame Anoop Soni.
  
  According to our source, "Crime Patrol will again take the route of motivating citizens to fight crime by enthusing viewers to be more pro-active in safeguarding themselves and their loved ones".
  
  Crime Patrol was to be produced by SRK's Red Chillies Idiot Box, but now Optimystix will be producing the show. For the uninitiated, Shakti Anand hosted the earlier version of the show.
  
  Confirming the news, Sanjiv Sharma of Optimystix told us, "Yes, we are producing Crime Patrol for Sony. It feels nice to be producing both fiction as well non fiction shows, as huge as Crime Patrol. This is a mega production show for us, and we plan to shoot all over the country. Crime Patrol is such a show which needs a lot of story telling in spite of being a reality show. We are working on all the aspects".
  
  We tried calling Sakshi Tanwar, but she remained unavailable. Anoop Soni told us that he is busy and asked us to call later.
  
  Crime Patrol is expected to launch in January, and will probably take a daily prime time slot.
  
  Optimystix is presently producing Teen Ka Tadka for Sony, and have a fiction show running on SAB TV, Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo.
