Directors Kut's Sapna Babul Ka.. Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will have its first crossover episode tonight between 9 and 10 PM.
Rajan Shahi's production house has been innovative with the working of its shows, and has given the viewers one hour extended episodes of the shows earlier. But tonight will see the production house's first ever cross over episode with regards to their two top shows airing on Star Plus.
According to our source, "The episode to be aired tonight, on 28th December between 9 and 10 PM will see the interaction between protagonists of both the shows, for the very first time. While a devastated Sadhana ( Sara Khan) who has been thrown out by all in her family for the misery that Ragini (Parul Chauhan) is going thro', reaches a temple to seek a way in which she can bring back happiness in her family, Akshara the protagonist of Yeh Rishta will reach the same temple as she is burdened by family pressures. Also, the leading men of the shows Alekh (Angad Hasija) and Naitik (Karan Mehra) will also meet on the road. Alekh is looking for Sadhana when he bumps into Naitik. He asks him whether he has seen such a lady somewhere on the road. On the other hand, Akshara and Sadhana will also inquire about each others family problems".
"A special song has been composed for the occasion, and it will be played in the temple as the two ladies interact", adds our source. The protagonists of Bidaai, Alekh and Sadhana reside in Agra while Naitik and Akshara have come down to Agra for some purpose.
When contacted, Alekh aka Angad tells us, "Yes, Alekh and Naitik meet up in the road while Sadhana and Akshara meet in a temple. Both the ladies are going thro' tremendous pressure, coming from their families".
Karan Mehra aka Naitik says, "Alekh and Naitik talk about certain problems, but I cannot divulge what really happens. It is for you to watch".
