And this, for more reasons than one, of course...besides my favourite team taking the crown, Shahid was an absolutey brilliant addition to the show...he was chilled out, happy, and SO much fun...!!

Goes without saying that he burnt the dance floor...alone, with the contestants and especially the impromptu jig with Rani...LOVED him...!!

With the kids, he was outstanding...when he went running upto Afsha, picked her up, and responded to her question of whether he'd marry her when she grew up...he explained to her very patiently and super-cutely that when she grows up, he'll be a doddering old man she won't be interested in...lol...and both Afsha and Saloni got to kiss him, and get kissed back...woohoo...!! Hehe...

One little detail I found really nice...there's this one contestant who did a solo today, Santosh...he's been with Shiamak's dance school since he was a kid and when Shahid was also at SDIPA either as a student or instructor, I'm not sure...I had read this before some place, and was quite intrigued to see if this point would be brought up during the show...and well, it was really heartwarming to see that there was no need to bring it up at all...because Shahid remembered him on his own, and simply asked him how old he was when he had last seen him...Santosh smiled and said that he was around 7 years old...Shahid asked him how old he is now, and he said he's 18...and Shahid replied with a straight face, "Yeh kya ho gaya 10 saalon mein tujhe?!" because he was so darn brilliant in his solo...!! I found that SO sweet...especially because right after this, he said to him, "Ab isse better dance nahin karna kuch saal...hum logon ko to koi dekhega nahin na phir...!" Lol...

So yeah, he danced brilliantly, answered questions at his witty best, and just looked like he was having the time of his life...AWESOME...!!

Yeah, I know I got a bit carried away, sorry...hehe...
