Why was Meher the only one saying Aap to Viren and no one else and also Viren was doing the same

this cnfrms tht after preets death.... viren is d one....who will enter in mehers lyf....but wen viren calls heer as his sister... than he shld call meher also his sister.........

thts very ture also meher is older thn him as the show took leap of 6 years and viren has just completed his MBA! dunno wat the creatives are playing at!😡🤢
