is Bhui right or wrong????

I don't think slapping is a solution - and hitting the face of a near adult child is an absolute No No in my book!! The key to solving the problem is communication and reasoning with a child. Slapping is never going to change the child's mind - and in fact depending on the child will either make the child more stubborn or I guess give in because he/she is afraid of further violence/abuse. Bui has never spent the time to try and understand what her nieces want and to talk to them. She has never really tried to listen to see if her nieces are ready to get married or if they have any dreams/aspirations - listen being the operative word. One would think - bui being a female would listen and understand her nieces more than the father - but infact as we saw in Morena - it is the father who is more prepared to listen and bui is the more rigid one.

The relationship that Mayank and his Mom have - both Gunjan and Nupur do not have that with their Bui.

I really hope that the CVs don't indulge in further slaps!!
