I don't know why, but there's something in that expression that makes you want to keep looking at the pic even though the first one doesn't look all that great. Just the distraught expression makes you want to dig deeper into it.
The second pic though, he looks so extremely fair. Seriously, if I didn't know who he was, and saw the pic in a random magazine one day, I would've thought he was Turkish, Arab, or Kashmiri even.
