Performer or Singer !!! - Page 2

My head hurts after watching that show, that's how ridiculously loud it is. They need to get rid of that stupid audience and the ludicrous dancers on that stage, and tell the contestants that this is a MUSICAL competition. They need to gear the contestants in that direction by emphasizing that they have to focus on their singing. Performing is fine, so long as it does not compromise or replace singing. That girl from Shankar's team today, who sang Choli Ke Peeche - I swear she hit more thumkas on that stage than notes itself, it was ridiculous. And Toshi, don't get me started on Toshi, waving your arms frantically on stage does not classify as singing, I don't care how long your hair is or how big your ego is.

Oh and if Mika mentions anything about josh one more time, I swear I'll put his hosh thikane. :)

I just feel that the participants are so much more into performing that they are compromising on the singing part, I have seen a few of these singers perform on other shows, and I did not really like their performances in these two episodes.

Is it the pressure of gaining audience votes or the team captains' pressure to win

I would prefer them to concentrate on singing part and not really worry abt the results, anyways all of them are stars in their own respective ways. They have already carved a niche for themselves, so this show should not be a platform for them to gain popularity, but to live upto the expectations of the audience.

I totally agree!! Mika is a very ill-mannered man 😡. He thinks he is the king of singers in Bollywood. I don't really see why the talent should be based on performance when anyone can do a performance and get an audience excited 😕. Singing is a very high talent and I think that MUSIC Ka Maha Muqqabla should be based on singing rather than performance. So many singers from this show have sang 100 times better than on MKMM. They seriously need to concentrate on singing!!

I think Mika is right, if show is itself concentrating more on performance than singing then there should be marks for performance also. They should use noise meter and give some point based on its reading. Over all this show is no more a singing show, it will basically damage the reputaion of singer like Raja.

The teams on Saturday were BAD. even Shankar's.

I think the people on Froday epsiode were relatively much better after all they ere all winners and runners-up of saregama, VOI 1or Chote ustaad, and they are more serious singers.

i feel that they needed to do this show in side and with a less audience there is too much noise so u cant hear the singing properly this sukcs i was actually looking forward to watching this show i dont have the same feelings after the two epi i have seen there are some really good singers there they need to chnage the place where they hold the show it should be inside thats makes a big differenec and and plzzzzz al stop hating HR it was not his fault that they made a mistake i still like him lolol so plzzzzz stop hating him
