Why CANT Nupur stand up for herself?

Ok Guys, this is making me mad now! Nupur "was" always shown as the bubbly girl, who did not take anyone's nonsense, she used to raise her voice and speak up fr hrself to the utmost when anyone tested her patience and was very impulsive and daring, but now i see so many major changes in her character, why does she have to be sorry to Adhiraaj and take Bui's BS..? I can imagine hurting anyone's feelings to the extent when one doesnt even know what happening with him/her like in the case of Adhiraaj & Suhaani, but was there a need for a slap? I think that was a bit too over the board from Bui's side, slowly this college drama is turning into a family one.

I really wish to see Nupur standing up for herself and speaking up against all odds, i can imagine being in her state and condition, but how much can one tolerate?

P.S Rati was as usual brilliant with her acting in yesterday's episode, no two opinions about it. She totally stole the scene for me , with her superb expressions and emoting !👏

nupz can stand up for herself..but in this matter she was wrong..with Adhiraj..so she didnt speak up infront of him..
and as for bui .. bui is elder to her..and nupz cant be shown speaking up infront of her...you know? I can see why she isnt...
if it were someone else and nupz didnt say anything other than Gunjan, Mayank, and Bui, and her Dad...i would get what you are saying..you know?...but...this is BUI..so...

i agree with you Rosh, and i also agree with the fact that Nupur is wrong in all ways, but couldn't she just for once say that she's in love with somebody else and that is Mayank! I know its not easy, but Nupur was always shown like that...Thats what i actually mean :-)

it's the Cvs who are spoiling her character ...before she always stood up and fought back for what is right....now...i think it's the cvs who are making her character weak....and they are even worsening it bui comes to know about mayur...so she's gonna slap twice which is crap,....slapping is pointless...atleast they didnt need to yell at her also..if they forgave her it would've been better,...seriously now it's gonna turn slowly into a family soap...like bauji will come and this and that..mayur seperation and this and that...then they reunit...and cvs are dragging the storyline too much...they are really proving that Mayur aren't really the sensible that much they used to be..

Really well-said Minal, i have to agree here, thats exactly what im trying to say here. Initially Nupur always fought back and got what she wanted, and now its our "mahaan" makers who are ruining it all, till when can they drag?! Yup Family soap is the right term 🥱

LOL i dont think so Minal, the slap im sure is just for the scene, yeah it did look very real, because their acting is fabulous.

*sigh* Looks the writers/creatives are on a spree of ruining every character. It's a sad day indeed.

And to think I didn't even get why Nupur was "begging" for forgiveness almost as if she committed blasphemy which according to me, she didn't. Sure she was wrong and all but not to the extent she would be literally begging for mercy. I least expect especially as Yamini mentions from a character who writes her own rules.

You said it Hira -- The makers are literally on the verge of ruining this show, can i expect more from them? Nope, i dont think so !

Agree with what you've said, Nupur's character is that of a very strong person, and no matter what she stands up for herself, wish Bui had listened to her once ..

well, yamini, with adiraj she could not ve said anyhing, she hurt him, he was hurt for no fault of his. And it was her own guilt, that prevented her from being our "NUPUR".

And With bui, I didnt expect her to retaliate for slapping, bui is like her mother. No matter how unjustified her actions may be, you dont answer back your mom.
But, am sure if bui interferes in MN relationship, she will stand up. If she is shown sobbing in a corner when bui is tring to break them up, then i would say its against her character.

100% with you on MJHT becoming a family drama, this is all too much.

And coming to Rati, no question on that, i just remember her from yesterday's epi, It totally belonged to her.
she was just phenomenal.
