I was watching the show yesterday when they showed part of the back of the head of the person who employed akash. He had dark hair. Also, he knew about the family and how their reactions would be to the police. Is it possible that the person is none other than the bankmanager, who is Ada's friend and so would know the familiy?

Yes it might be the bank manager because he is very close to the family otherwise who could the mystery man be???? The show is getting better and better with every episodes.
