While she's basking in the success of her first hit, 'No Entry', Celina Jaitley has suddenly been flooded with a lot of sympathy from the junta . Ever since the news of her being molested at an outdoor shoot in Mauritius hit the headlines, she's been hearing inconsolable cries from her well-wishers. |
| But strangely, the so-called victim has an issue with the way everyone is talking endlessly about the obnoxious incident. "I have a problem with the way the incident that happened on the sets in Mauritius has been blown out of proportion. I've been shouting from the rooftops and I'm saying this again – I have not been raped. Yes, what happened was ugly, and I'm still trying to get over it, it was absolutely horrible, but it's not like I've been raped, it was harassment by a pervert" she clarifies irately. Her phone hasn't stopped ringing since the day the news broke out; everyone is appalled at the way a fanatical pervert behaved. She speaks on, "Exactly, that's because more was written than was said. I was casually telling someone that if I was feeling so terrible about a strange man trying to act fresh with me, imagine what a rape victim goes through. | molesting me for two days on the location. Now tell me, is it possible that I will allow someone to molest me for two whole days and not do anything about it? Have I lost it or what? I've done kick-boxing; I would just beat the hell out of that man. Some regional papers have been going to town saying that 'Celina has been almost 'raped'.' It's so embarrassing. People are calling me and saying, 'We're sorry to hear about what happened to you. Can you imagine how ridiculous that feels?" Has the pervert been arrested? | So well, now the lady has a beefy bodyguard following her everywhere, like many others in the filmi fraternity. A little at ease after her high-voltage outburst she continues, "Look I know I have a sexy, raunchy image on-screen, I have to protect myself. No one can be responsible for my safety, other than me. That's why the bodyguard. So I don't have to face such horrific incidents again. And I think people writing about it should check their facts well, especially when you're dealing with such sensitive issues. Rape is a very strong term and an unforgivable crime; we shouldn't use the word so casually without knowing the truth." |
