Part 1
The episode begins with Amma covered in blisters awakening in her nearly-burnt down room and looking around her in fear. She tries to open the door but there is a snake on the handle. She screams and jumps on the bed (😆)The snake moves close to her and she freaks out and yells Moko bachao Thakurji! (Save me Lord!). Now there are two snakes in the room. Suddenly a hand grabs her wrist and she bellows. The hand belongs to Vishaka who says, Amma! What's wrong? The old lady screams save me, save me from the snakes! Vishaka looks around and sees nothing in the room. Amma keeps stuttering, there's a snake, save me from the snake please, snake snaaaaaake! She goes from standing on the bed to lying down and Vishaka is holding her hand and arm. Vishaka is wondering what is going on and asks her what snake are you talking about, there's no snake here. Amma also looks and this time sees nothing. She pleads with Vish to not go away and leave her alone. Vish asks where is babuji. Amma says he went to the doctor to get medicine... then bitterly adds, and everyone else is waiting hand and foot on that Radhika. Vish replies don't worry Amma everything is o.k. in the hospital now. Radhika is out of danger and the doctor says she will be fine...plus Dev and Radhika's wedding has been completed. Camera does a 360 on Amma shocked face and she says...wedding has been complete? Vish says yes, Dev married Radhika in the hospital itself. Amma screams satyanash (disaster!) and then says, may that girl be attacked by worms (no Amma, may YOU be attacked by snakes, ha ha!) Vishaka is shocked that Amma is saying this (c'mon Vish, like you didn't know how Amma feels about Rads?!) Amma says Radhika must be very pleased with herself, isn't it? So they finally got their way and stole your rights from you?! Vishka frowns and shakes her head no. Amma tells her that the blisters on her body are all due to Radhika. Vishaka says Amma, clearly you are in shock from your attack yesterday, just relax everything will be alright...in fact you shouldn't be here, you should be in the hospital. Amma screams, let that girl stay in the hospital, I will not stay where she is! She will do some other black magic on me. I am better off here. Suddenly Vish's phone rings. It's Vikram calling again. Vish quickly says Amma I'll be right back, don't worry everything will be fine and rushes out of the room. Amma looks fearful and says Radhe Krishna Radhe Krishna.
Part 2
Dev, Dadi, Vaishali, Mrinalini, and Deepika are in Radhika's hospital room. Mrin says, I didn't say anything wrong did I mummyji (referring to her comment about not doing Radhika's bidai from her childhood home). Why should an aupicious occasion be done from an inauspicious place? Whatever has happened to Radhika we cannot control, but think about poor Dev, see what he has gone through. Dev looks at Radhika (by the way, Radhika looks amazingly beautiful! She has her sindoor and bindi on and her hair today is styled in a way that even lying down it looks really nice!) Mrin continues and says, we all know what happened with Amma and now Shastriji had to leave his own daughter's wedding to attend to his mother. I tell you, that house is bad luck. Vaishali is listening to all of this and thinking. Dev looks a little angry. Vaishali walks over to Dadi, puffs her nostrils, and says, Ma ji, Mrin is absolutely right. Radhika's bidai should not be from that house. Dev, Radhika, and Dadi all look stunned and upset. Vaishali says one after another bad things have been happening in that home. Radhika begins to cry and Mrin says, don't cry Radhika, what we're saying is for the good of the Purohit family, isn't it mummyji? Radhika tearfully says, fine didi, I will not get my bidai from that home, it can be done from the hospital itself. Mrin gives Radhika a fake smile and Dev sees that Radhika is upset and holds her hand under the blanket. Dadi says no Vaishali, we cannot stray from tradition. It doesn't matter where the wedding takes place, but the bidai must happen from the bride's home. Dev smiles at Dadi. Vaishali argues that I am not disagreeing with you Ma ji and I'm not saying to break tradition but this home where such a terrible accident happened can only be called one thing and that is BAD LUCK. Dadi says no, houses are not bad luck. You yourself just said what happened there was an accident so how can you say the house is bad luck? Mrin does her usual eye rolling and Vaishali looks away. Dadi says a home in which a man like Shastriji lives and gives so many good samskars, a home where day and night the name of Kanha is chanted, how can a home like that be bad luck? It is Radhika's right to be given bidai from her childhood home and you cannot take that away from her. As her mother-in-law you are supposed to protect her rights, not take them away (kudos to you dear Dadi!). Dadi continues: Vaishali until today you have done everything for your son's happiness, but now you also have to do everything for your daughter-in-law's happiness. She goes and touches Radhika's head. Vaishali relunctantly says, yes Ma ji. Dadi then says, Mrin, do you have anything to add? Mrin gives a fake smile. Dev says, Mrin bhabi, you are so big hearted that you immediately adhered to the wishes of the choi bahu of the house? Mrin says well Dev, I too am concerned about your happiness. Excuse me while I go make preparations for the bidai. She leaves. Dev indicates to Radhika by blinking his eyes that everything will be fine. Radhika smiles at him and returns the gesture. Dadi goes and stands next to Vaishali who gives a fake smile.
Part 3
Vishaka steps out of the home and answers her phone. We hear her one-sided conversation (meaning we do not hear Vikram's voice on the other end). She complains to Vikram, how come your phone keeps getting disconnected? O.k. listen, I just want to know one thing...when are you coming here? Two days? You really mean it right? O.k. good. Once you get here everything will happen just as I told you. Vish hangs up and looks really happy and says I have to tell Purab this good news...yes, but I must act fast. Something has to be done before Dev and Radhika leave for Delhi. Scene switches to Radhika's hospital room. She is sitting up in bed brushing her hair (she looks gorgeous...hair is loose and parted to the side now and no extensions today). Dev comes in and says, shall we go Radhika? Time has come to go home now. Radhika smiles and nods. She tries to get up from the bed but winces in pain. Dev is reading a file and doesn't see her right away, but when he does, he looks shocked, drops the file and holds her shoulders. He kneels down to get to her eye level and asks, Radhika, it's really paining too much, right? Radhika clentches her abdomen and nods yes. Dev gently positions her back in bed and says Radhika there is no need for you to get up and walk around yet. I'll be right back. Radhika looks upset and Dev returns with a wheelchair. He lifts Radhika out of the bed and places her in the wheelchair. We see that Rads is wearing a plain white salwar kameez and her hands and feet look completely healed. Radhika cries and wipes her tears with her right hand. Dev wipes her other cheek and says no Radhika don't cry, tears make a person weak. You must get ready and come home, right? Rads smiles and nods. Dev smiles and says lets go. Next, we see Dev wheeling Rads out and she is dressed in a beautiful fuschia and aqua blue saree with her head covered by pallu and some light jewellry on. Dadi and Devaki smile upon seeing her, while Mrin and Vaishali look surprised and annoyed. Susheel, Arjun, Deepika, Vivek, etc. are all there. As Dev stops the wheelchair near Vaishali, she makes a worried face. The doctor comes there and asks Dev if the discharge formalities have been done and then asks Radhika how she's doing. Dev thanks the doctor and says you have given my Radhika a new life. Vaishali frowns. The doctor says no need to thank me. In my 15 years of dealing with burn cases I have never seen anyone start to heal so quickly. This is due to Radhika's will power, your love, and her family's blessings. Mrin and Susheel exchange looks. Doctor continues: Mr. Dev, her physical wounds can be healed by medicine but healing her mental anguish is your responsibility. Dev smiles and says yes. Vaishali looks constipated. The doctor says I wish you a very happy married life. May God see to it that no suffering ever comes into your lives again. Camera pans to Mrin's arrogant face. Dev wheels Radhika out and Devaki, Dadi, Deepika, Vivek, and Birju follow. Trio clowns and Vaishali stay back and Susheel says, well we better pray to God that no new problems crop up at the bidai ceremony. You all go ahead and if anyone asks tell them that Susheel is taking care of the hospital bill. Scene switches to Vishaka and Purab talking. Vish says, of course there will be tamasha Purab. But this tamasha will really turn my life around and help me soar to new heights. Purab asks, so what's the plan Cuties? Your not going to return to Mumbai are you? I think you know that after what happened there you cannot ever go back, right? Vish says, I know Purab, that's why I'm saying this is my last chance. Nobody will know anything and my secret will remain a secret. Vikram is coming in two days and he's coming fully prepared. Vish smiles in a sneaky way with one eyebrow raised.
Part 4
The Purohit van and car pull up to the Shastri home. Everyone descends from their vehicles (good folks in van, bad folks in blue car, 😆) Birju asks Devaki who started renovating the house and Devaki says the congregation of the temple started the renovation work the day after the fire. Dadi comments that this is all due to Shastriji's good deeds that the temple congregation give him and his family so much respect. Radhika is seated in the van and looks at the house. She starts having flashbacks of being trapped in the fire, struggling to get out, and the burning rafters falling on her. Dev opens the door of the van and says shall we go Radhika? She reluctantly nods yes and then in the next scene we see Dev wheeling Radhika into the house. Everyone else follows and suddenly they all hear mar gayi re (oh I'm dying!). It's Amma sitting on a cot bellowing. Dadi goes to her and says forgive me samdhan ji, I heard about what happened to you but I could not come and see you. Amma has big polka dot blisters all over her face and hands and says, it's o.k. samdhan ji, it's o.k.. Dadi asks how this all happened and Amma gives Radhika an evil stare. She thinks to her herself, I have gotten punished for touching that ill-fortuned, impure blooded orphan girl. Dadi asks her if she was exposed to poison and Amma says I don't know anything about what happened. Devaki says we gave Ammaji so many different medications but nothing has helped her so far. That's why my husband has gone to a specialist to see if anything can be done. He will be back tomorrow. Dadi says o.k. then, we shall have the bidai ceremony tomorrow. Tonight Radhika will stay with you. Dev looks disappointed. Devaki invites all of them to stay in the house but Dadi declines and says Devaki you spend tonight with your daughter we will be in our Vrindavan house for tonight and will come here in the morning. Dev asks Dadi if he can stay there with Radhika and Vaishali questions him about it. Dev says how can I leave, Radhika needs me. Babuji is not here either and Ma (Devaki) will be alone. Polka dotted psycho looks furious. Vaishali is not pleased at all. Dadi tells Vaishali that Dev is right he should stay with Radhika, he is not only the son-in-law of this house but also the son. Radhika looks nervous. Devaki is happy. Dadi bids them goodbye and everyone walks out. Mrin stands outside the gate and pouts and as Vaishali comes out twiddling her thumbs, she stops her and says, mummyji I don't like the way Dev called his mother-in-law Ma. You tell me, is there no difference between a mother who gave birth to a son and the son's mother-in-law? With more anti-Radhika propaganda planted inside her pea brain, Vaishali again looks upset. Inside the house Radhika does pranam/namaskar to Amma (I have roll my eyes like Mrinalini here...Radhika for God's sake this psycho tried to kill you! Please ignore her and stay away from her!) Amma turns her polka-dotted face away and the episode ends on Radhika's frowning face.
Precap: Radhika has just finished her bath and catches a glimpse of her burnt shoulder in the mirror and screams.
