Shanks - a silent lover

Watching today's episode right now...Ekta's gone and pulled the usual haha now Mr. Rai thinks of Prats as the enemy and wants to get rid of her...

BUT that's not what this is about!😳 I loved the scene where Shanks rushes to the room Prats' is resting in! Just before he sees that Prashant is there, just as he enters, he's got this anxious look on his face which suddenly drops when he sees that Prashant is at Prats' side. Not knowing what to do and make of his disappointment, Mr. Pissed (his shirt😆) just stands there and watches 😳 Awww at the expression on his face! Mr. usually loud-mouth just stood and watched today😳
What makes their story so appealing, even though it's been done before, is of course the actors portraying the characters. However, i love the fact that Shanks doesn't seem to be the physically intense lover as of now - it's more about emotions for him when it comes to Prats seeing as he wasn't physically attracted to her initially - i like how he's just lost in thoughts of Prats and doesn't seem like he'll be imposing his love on her or anything...seeing as they're both set to be married to someone else...i really dooo want to see how he'll react when he realizes he loves her...

I wonder if he knows that he loves Prats...because he told Sumo that sometimes life just throws something at you and you don't even know how and when it happened! LOL i kinda chuckled when he said the whole "sab kuch teekh ho jaayega, God is great" - he said it so fast that it made me giggle lol

His heart broke when he saw Prashant there and before that he was so sweet in his office saying he is going to make her smile and he was just awesome today!

I love Shashank's character and slowly the intense lover in him is rising by seeing pratz and prashant together..disappointment was clearly etched upon his face when he saw them..this is the only thing which i love about Ekta that she makes the actors portray the characters so well,you just get lost in their world..anyways i completely love shashank and hope that PraSha's love story starts soon..😊

Definately! But i like how his intensity at the moment isn't being shown through physicality...it's all being portrayed through emotions - Vivan's doing a great job portraying the conflicting emotions Shanks is being exposed to.
Haha and I agree, Ekta is good at giving us some of the greatest characters falling in love, whether it be Angad, Prem in KZK (😳😳), and various other Balaji heroes!

Haha yeah it is appealing and I am loving every bit of it! LOL!! I have rewatched todays epi and I love it!! I am so glad PKB happened...it doesn't make me miss DMG as much now..lol

Shaz i love the fact that their relationship is about the talks, understanding and emotions right now especially since they are both engaged to other people. i guess its not the right time for the intense scenes since both r committed, engaged. they bothwant to honour their commitments even though they dont love the other person.
sometimes i wonder how prashant was ok with the nursing scene from last week when prats got hurt. lol..

I dont think Shanks has even admired Prats in the lovey dovey kind of way yet. Its more like he's thinking about her, caring for her...after his initial rudeness towards prats, i feel he respects her now...respects her opinion, respects her as a person, as a woman...

even when he is in love, I don't feel he'll be the super aggressive or super intense lover (i am not really fond of that type 😆) but I would def like to see a more expressive Shanks. Cuz unlike Prats, he isn't that emotional, nor expressive right now...though yea he is getting there 😆

in tonight's episode when Shanks saw Prats-Prashant together, he had a look on his face of like sadness but also content -- its like he was happy seeing the two together, happy...it reminded me of that Shanks-Araina terrace scene on the engagement day when Shanks saw the two having ice cream...thinking they are a happy couple and in love...

Im kinda looking fwd to how Rai tries to remove Prats from the job...Cuz i think its gonna affect PraSha, indirectly!

and seriously vivan and kritika are perfect for their roles in every way! 👍🏼
