i think the story will go like this

karthik seeing suman's condition will give her moral support and later on marry her,then post their marriage we will come to know that actuially he is not dead nd this will be the big twist 🤔

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i wish ur prediction is wrong.......sorry....i dnt want kartik to marry suman!!!!!!!!!!i;m going to stop watching if he marries her......i'll only resume watching after making sure dat karan is alive n suman n karan still loves each other!!!

Karan will come back.

But I have a feeling CVs will marry Karthik and Suman in name only, so that Suman will not be lonely. Karthik might sacrifice for Suman. But Karan will come back and maybe some twists will happen then, don't know.
