Perhaps Alekh is seriously contemplating the reality of this; him and Sadhna having a child. But his probably very shy and feels incapable (which could be true as he's still mentally recovering), actually I'm not sure Alekh even fully understands what it entails lol. However I think he has noticed how important ragini's pregnancy is to everyone, even himself. I think his behaviour is to do with his own insecurities, although he loves Sadhna alot and wants the best for her.

Did anyone notice his expression the episode Vasu was scolding sadhna due to Ragini fainting? He looked as though he was truly hurt by seeing sadhna being scolded and seeing her cry...
