so if she doesn't leave now, it will be like proving maasa right and later on, there wldn't be any value for her word......... if later on any fight happens between maasa n her, maasa can always taunt her telling she had made a promise n didn't keep and where did her principles go at that time.

Yes I agree with you. Gehna should leave because it is important that she protects her self-respect at this point. I'd be happy if Maasa apologizes to her in front of everyone and begs her to stop. The apology would redeem Maasa in my eyes, at least.

Maasa was really excited about this whole thing..n i think she did'nt care abt d promise anymore..

but Gehna still wants to leave?!..thats not right..

its not abt how maasa dsnt care abt the promise NOW..everytime things dont go according to her wishes she ends up insulting the women of the house and then expecting things to work out as before once she cools down..high time she gets her own words back at her face..and gehna is not wrong in leaving to save her self respect,bt yes her parents are frankly not worth it..they are worse than maasa..after seeing the situation of their eldest daughter also they were ready to pawn off their younger daughter..
