Nahi Prema,she wasn't smiling..She closed her mouth as if to say "Ohhhhhhhhh😭"..Especially when DS said "Bhagwaan bhi nahi bacha saktha,Ranvir ko"..That just showed her concern for Ranvir and nothing else..😊
