Hi friends.........

Last year, this very date, was a normal day, like any other , after a long tiring day, as Mumbai, was finally turning in.........we were shocked beyond words..........it all started with rumours of Gang war, and then the horror sets in..........terrorist attacks, open firing on innocent, clueless people......dining, celebrating or simply waiting..........
Our lives were to change forever............Mumbai was battling with terror for 3 and a half days, and so were the Indians all over the world..............it was the black day in our history..........
And today, i pay my tribute to those who lost their lives, may their souls rest in peace.........and i salute our brave martyrs, who laid down their lives, battling terror, so that we may be safe in our homes, with our loved ones.
These are people who make me say, I AM PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN...............and yes I am, we Indians are fighters, and we will fight back, whenever we are put down.
Amongst all your happiness and excitement, please think for atleast 2 mins for them, who sacrificed their lives for you.............
Jo shaheed hue hain unki zara yaad karo kurbaani...........Jai Hind!!!!!

I agree completely Annie.
I mean, imagine, one fine day, I wake up to leave for school, and get the shock of my life. Mumbai under terror attacks. It's shocked and scared me to hell. I was almost in tears when I saw it on TV. And I salute those who died for us. And one thing will remain certain, come what may, India shall stay united forever. nothing can break our Unity.

Hey Guys, This is indeed sad that where young people like us who are suppossed to spread PEACE everywhere are taking to terrorism. Terrorism, the very mention of it spreads fear everywhere. Such an inhumane act should be condemned. The only way to do is to spread love and awareness that TERRORISM AND TAKING TO VIOLENT WAYS TO LEAD LIFE ARE ALWAYS DESTROYED IN THE END. Let us stand united against these negative and brutal forces. Let us also show that we Indians are fighters and come what may they cannot damper our spirits. We may differ in many ways, but BEING AN INDIAN UNITES US.. no matter which corner of the world we reside. My heartful salutations to these HEROES, who laid their lives for our security so that our future is secured and safe, so that we can see a BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL INDIA OF TOMORROW.
Let Us Live In PEACE AND NOT PIECES. PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN.

it was heart wrenching to think that somebody is standing before u with a gun and ready to shoot u down
but yet the people united and fought
fought for the country
for someone else's life

we salute to all the people of india who have been brave to face such a grief and yet come out of it in such an awesome way
