Shah Rukh Khan finds it tough to make friends

"My wife says I don't have time for friends and that is true. It is difficult to make friends. I hardly have any," Khan told reporters at his Mumbai residence.

The actor, who turned 44 on Monday, said he only makes friends while filming a particular movie but then "moves on".

"We are all so busy working, you have friendships when you are working together and creating a product like a film together," he said.

"Then, you move on to the next product and you make new friends there."

But that doesn't mean Khan has no friends at all.

"I have a good relationship with those that I work with, maybe that is why they work with me," he said.

The actor, who has wrapped up shooting for director Karan Johar's "My Name is Khan" said 2009 had been a tough year for him after a shoulder injury kept him out of action for two months.

"I haven't earned much this year but I hope to catch up," he said

Honestly, I dont think he cares about such pety things. He is way above all this minor things.

haven't u read the article he himself is saying tht he had a low year this means these things have affected him somewhere but of course, not to his fans anywhere but it can't be ignored tht he didn't enjoy this year, these points have been teelecasted in many news channels and papers as well.

But he hasnt had any disaster that would bring him down. All these things are very minor for him. I would call it a low year if some big release of his flops. He hasnt even had any releases this year.

I think by "low" he probably meant that he has been out of the spotlight this year, so he will catch up next year.

The only thing I can think of is IPL, but I'm sure he has enough sportsmanship to realize that theres always a next year.

I'm not trying to get defensive, but just trying to say that he's King Khan, these things wont really matter to him.😊
