it says the voting is closed, its actually written in preety ambiguous way.. so dont get the english part, its not clear as there r lots of mistakes in it . so donno but i still cast my vote ..and it said successfully voted.. soo donno whether its accepted or not ..

even nominations are out.. and now its jury which will decide the awards...
