My fitness routine:I do a lot of weight training to gain muscles for around four days a week.I also cycle and jog at the same time.
Fitness mantra:take good rest and eat well.
One thing that i avoid:greasy food and diets
Diet:Lots of fruits and salads,i keep myself well hydrated all the time!
