What sorta logic is this Abhi??? If I say that you are good, doesnt mean that others are bad.(Just giving an example)

We simply cant compare HR with legends. But it doesnt give you any right to put him down. What matters is how successfull you are and HR is the successfull director of current time (inspite of his limitations). There are many talented MDs around and arent successful as HR.
