I think HR arranged to postpone by one week for the result to collect more votes for vinit from fauji bhai also. moreover fauji may not know why vinit is getting less vote though he sings well. so HR is trying his last effort to gather more votes from military personnel. AS long as war doesn't takes place there is no problem . those fauji shd be rewarded. suitably if they give good number of vote for vinit. then HR may fullfill their problems which vinit has already promised that he is always availble for desh ki kaam.
