Why still Arman 'SIR'?

I know when Jassi was working for him she called him Sir...but now that she knows of his love for her etc etc....why does she still call him SIR? Will Jassi ever consider herself an equal to Arman and just call him by his name?

What do you think? Should she call him Arman? or keep up with the 'sir' thing?
