When Omkar holds the knife at Vinita's neck, everybody gets silent. Arman somehow stops Omkar from punching Sunny but found himself being warned by Omkar against interfering. As the tension between brothers rise, Bharti pacifies things by stating that one should not fight when its time to eat, which calms Omkar down. She then arranges table for Omkar and Arman to eat, but Arman leaves the table saying that he doesn't like to see any woman being treated like servants. Omkar asks Bharti to bring lunch everyday but she refuses point blank that she wont since she's had enough of insults in just one day and now she wont ever come back again. On the other hand, Vinita is scared after Omkar's outburst and everybody is in shock. Arman comes there and says sorry to all of them for Omkar's behavior. Bharti too comes there and tells Arman not to apologize since they all were in fact wrong and made fun of her. Vinita comments that not only do they have a person like Omkar in the office now; they also have his wife to please, to which Bharti replies that she won't ever come back to the office and stuns everybody. They all apologize to Bharti and ask him to do the same but he refuses and goes back to his room where Bharti confronts him and tells him that she is trying really hard to fit in the family but Arman is making everything difficult for her by agitating Omkar. Arman suddenly realizes that only Bharti's love can change Omkar. Office staff decides to collectively tell Omkar how important is Bharti for the office and that he should let her attend office regularly, to which Omkar agrees only under one condition.
