I strongly disagree.
I would rather watch an ugly but talented actress on-screen than a beautiful but bad-actress.
Frankly speaking,I do not find Konkona Sen Sharma to be beautiful.I am not saying she is ugly but she isn't beautiful either.But I find Dia Mirza very pretty.Maybe one of the prettiest actresses around but I would anyday chose to watch a Konkona film over a Dia one.
Kajol is definately not pretty though I love that women.But still I would ANYDAY prefer watching a Kajol movie than a Dia/Amisha one.
In Bollywood,you can't just survive on your looks(yes,there has been exception but its damn rare).You need to have a strong talent.At the end of the day,it is your talent which takes you a long way.
