Somehow I love snacking rather than taking proper meals.
Some biscuits with tea or peanuts or chocolates or some fancy stuff. Life seems much more enjoyable this way as I find meals very boring and quite often I either skip it or just taste it.
Both my fridge in the office and home is pretty well loaded to face sudden emergencies when food gets scarce or when there is an Alien attack.
I do balance my diet with fruits to stay healthy.😆

Ah I take my tea without any sugar or milk. Sugar from the biscuits is enough.
And I love bread and puris but I control myself here.
Yes nuts are addictive and can cause a sore throat if taken too much. But most nuts have good cholesterol. some get gout if they consume too much nuts. Luckily I am fine.

Ah I weigh myself every morning and know my limits. so I just have to cut down another meal.😆
Worst is when there is a party or heavy dining, I try to make it up the next few days. fortunately I play games on weekends.

I have been eating almonds since childhood, I like them better but I ran out of them pastweek and didn't bother to go out to get them. walnuts are ok too. but I don't like other nuts. Roasted hazelnuts are fine once in a while specially when its raining real hard but othewise, nah😆 I don't like eating puris but I love to make them, they are so easy to make compared to chapati. How do you drink tea without milk? Do you drink black tea, herbal tea or geen tea?

I like snacking, but have to be very careful currently since I am trying to get my blood sugar level down!
Nuts are healthy choices, but only in moderation. I like puris too, especially the mathris that one can have with garama-garam chai. Fruits are the ideal snack, of course.
And then there are all the Gujju snacks - khandvi, khaman, thepla, gaanthia.... mmmmmm!

Ho ho you are worse than me.😆
I take raw oats rolled and it keeps my cholesterol in check. Also take salmon oil which improves the good cholesterol.
Blood sugar is a pretty serious matter and diabetes a real killer. I drink plenty of chinese tea and also Indian/English Tea without sugar. Got used to eat and love the taste.
Indian sweets are dangerous for the Ghee it contains. But I love halva and kesari too. But it is so rich, so best is not to buy them.
