When Nupur 2 saw Sajan she was not jealous of those two, as they were close to each other (like Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeena) she just wanted to get the photo. Nothing else. So I think for sure she is Samrat's sister.

Yep, so true. Nupur 2 wants to get to know her long lost brother (or step-brother) - Samrat - so she's not really interested in his girlfriend. She wants just the opportunity to interact with Samrat and get to know him as she's come to this college only for Samrat - that's why the interest in basketball. I think initially everone is going to take it the wrong way - and she may not say anything as she doesn't want to reveal her identity so soon - for fear that Samrat is going to get angry and reject her - since Samrat doesn't really want to do anything with his family.
